WooFocus：ADHD Focus Terms of Service


Please read and understand these WooFocus：ADHD Focus Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) carefully, as they govern the rights and obligations between you and us.

  1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, opening, or using the WooFocus：ADHD Focus application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. This Application is developed and operated by WooFocus：ADHD Focus (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the Company”). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please immediately stop downloading, installing, and using this Application, and you may not use any services provided by this Application.

  1. Service Description
WooFocus：ADHD Focus is an application designed to enhance user productivity. It primarily provides the following services and features, and we reserve the right to adjust the scope of these features based on business development (notice of major adjustments will be provided in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms):
  • Pomodoro Timer: Helps users plan their time and improve focus efficiency;
  • Focus Session Tracking: Records the duration of your focus sessions and generates focus statistics;
  • Virtual Items: Virtual props provided to enhance your user experience (specific details subject to in-app display);
  • Optional Premium Features: Value-added services accessible via subscription (specific features and subscription rules subject to in-app instructions).

  1. User Accounts and Data
3.1 Account Creation
Using the basic features of this application (such as the standard Pomodoro timer) does not require creating a user account. If you wish to use advanced features, you must first complete a subscription purchase through the relevant payment platform. Once the subscription takes effect, you can use the corresponding advanced features without needing to register an additional account.
3.2 Data Storage and Use
  • Personal data generated during your use of this application, such as focus session data and usage preferences, is stored locally on your device; we do not actively upload it to our servers;
  • We cannot directly access, view, or obtain your personal focus session data stored on your device.

  1. Advanced Features and Subscriptions
4.1 Subscription Services
The advanced features of this app are available exclusively through auto-renewing subscriptions. The specific duration and benefits of the subscription service are subject to the information displayed within the app and the purchase details you confirm. All rights and payment processes related to subscription purchases are managed by the relevant payment platform and are uniformly processed through the Google Play platform.
4.2 Billing and Renewal
  • Subscription fees will be automatically charged to your linked Google Play account based on the subscription plan you select. The timing of charges is subject to Google Play’s billing rules;
  • The subscription will automatically renew unless you manually cancel it through your Google Play account settings before the current subscription period ends; if you do not cancel in time, the subscription fee for the next period will be automatically charged;
  • You may view, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time via the “Subscription Management” feature in your Google Play account; specific procedures are subject to the Google Play platform’s instructions.
4.3 Refund Policy
All refund requests for subscription purchases strictly adhere to the official refund policy of the Google Play platform and are reviewed and processed by Google Play. We (the app developer) do not directly participate in the refund process, cannot modify your Google Play billing information, and cannot compel Google Play to issue a refund. If you require a refund, please submit your request through the official channels of the Google Play platform.

  1. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to strictly comply with the following terms when using this application and related services, and shall not engage in any conduct that violates these Terms, laws, regulations, or public order and morality:
  • You may not use this application for any illegal purposes, or in violation of any laws, regulations, rules, or relevant provisions currently in effect in any country or region;
  • You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, crack, tamper with, or modify this application, or attempt to obtain the application’s source code, core algorithms, or related technical information;
  • You must not violate these Terms or any supplementary rules, nor use this application to engage in any conduct that harms the legitimate rights and interests of us, other users, or third parties;
  • You must not share your subscription rights with unauthorized third parties (including, but not limited to, sharing accounts or transferring subscription privileges);
  • You must not extract or use any materials within this application (including but not limited to icons, interface designs, text content, virtual items, etc.) for commercial purposes or for any other purposes not authorized by us.

  1. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership of Application Intellectual Property
All content of this application (including but not limited to icons, interface designs, textual descriptions, functional code, algorithms, virtual items, and materials), as well as its functions and related technologies, are owned by us and are protected by the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Trademark Law, and other relevant intellectual property laws and regulations. Any use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or other actions without our written authorization constitutes infringement, and we reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
6.2 User License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use this Application and related services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use this Application beyond the scope of this license, nor may you transfer, rent, lend, or share this license with any third party.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy and security are of utmost importance to us. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information and data by this Application are strictly governed by the terms of the WooFocus：ADHD Focus Privacy Policy. Please read the WooFocus：ADHD Focus Privacy Policy carefully; by using this Application, you agree to all terms of the Privacy Policy.

  1. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to data loss, device damage, loss of profits, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use this application and related services, regardless of whether such damages arise from contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You shall bear sole responsibility for any losses resulting from causes not attributable to us, such as your own improper operation, device malfunction, network issues, or interference from third-party software or services; we assume no liability whatsoever.

  1. User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring the proper use of the relevant features of this application (including but not limited to the application blocking feature) and for ensuring that you have obtained the legal right to use the device and the necessary authorization from the device owner. We expressly commit to never collecting, tracking, or transmitting your usage data regarding other applications through the relevant system permissions of this application, nor will we use such permissions to engage in any conduct that infringes upon your privacy.
If you use this application without the device owner’s authorization, or if improper use results in device malfunction, data loss, or other issues, you shall bear full responsibility, and we shall not be held liable.

  1. Termination of Service
  2. If you violate any provision of these Terms, we reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to this application and related services without prior notice, and we shall not be liable for any compensation;
  3. You may stop using this application at any time. If you have subscribed to premium features, ceasing use will not affect the current subscription period and will not be deemed an automatic cancellation of the subscription (cancellation must be processed in accordance with Section 4.2 of these Terms);
  4. If we need to terminate the provision of all or part of the services due to business adjustments, technical upgrades, or other reasons, we will notify you in advance in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms and handle related follow-up matters in accordance with the law.

  1. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time; the revised Terms will supersede the original Terms.
  1. If the changes constitute material amendments that substantially affect your rights or obligations (including, but not limited to, changes to fee schedules, scope of services, limitations of liability, or privacy-related provisions), we will notify you in advance through reasonable means, such as in-app pop-ups or notifications, prior to the changes taking effect. The changes will become effective upon your confirmation of acceptance or upon the expiration of the notification period;
  2. If the changes constitute non-material amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, formatting adjustments, or optimizations for legal compliance, they will take effect immediately upon publication without further notice;
  3. By continuing to use this application and related services after the amended Terms take effect, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the amended Terms; if you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using this application and related services.
